Whether you are sick or weak, young, old or even very old, you can succeed in yoga if you practice diligently. ~ Svatmarama (Hatha Yoga Pradipka)
Hi There!
I’m Josie!
Let me ask you, are you living with stress, anxiety, pain, or suffering? In short I call this SAPS. Are you experiencing dysregulation of your nervous system i.e. the feelings of overwhelm, anxiety that grips you. Perhaps it is the various symptoms of menopause or post-menopause that affect your sleep, focus, digestion, mood and more. Do you simply feel stuck and do not know where to start to improve your health and wellness? If this sounds like you, you are in the right place.
I am dedicated to helping women 50 and over as they “navigate north” on their menopausal and postmenopausal journey. As we navigate through the northern portion of life together, I will guide and educate you on the changes that occur within your body as you experience menopause, post-menopause, and the aging process. Together we’ll practice yoga, meditation, breathing techniques, self-care practices, mood management techniques, and so much more to help you feel better, look better and connect with the joyful, loving essence within. I welcome your questions and suggestions on different content or subjects you would like to see or know about. I am so honored to be your guide as we navigate north in our journey T O G E T H E R.
I teach both online and live in-person classes and workshops in Gig Harbor, Washington area.
Healing is the body’s natural, inevitable force. You and your body do the work. I am a guide to offer you tips, tools, and techniques for you to put into practice in your life path journey. My mission is to empower, inspire and facilitate those seeking a holistic, integrated, practical approach to health and well-being. I offer support, accountability and many tools to clients committed to adjusting their mindset and lifestyle in the process of taking control of their own health and well-being.
It is a pleasure to meet you and thank you for stopping by.
From my heart to yours,
Josie
