How do I know if I am ready to join this series?
This series is focused on transforming grief-associated stress, anxiety, pain, and suffering (SAPS) and move towards greater self-compassion, resilience, connection, hope and love.
We’ll experience movement, breathwork, sound, rest, and reflection as strategies to release the stress, anxiety, pain and suffering (SAPS) from grief.
You’re welcome to participate no matter where you are on your grief journey. You are welcome to keep your camera on or off. We welcome you to be exactly who you are.
We do not expect this series to activating. Rather it is intended to be a resource, a safe space for increasing your agency and understanding, A space offering hope for empowerment and healing.
Do I need to be flexible?
Not at all. This mind/body approach focuses on emotional liberation rather than physical flexibility–creating a safe, supportive space where everyone is welcome, regardless of experience or ability.
Standing, chair-based and mat, as well as imagination -visualization options, will be offered.
