
Enjoy a mid-day pick-me-up with 30 minutes of movement & yoga on Zoom! Let it be a dose of positivity, gentle movement and mindfulness for the rest of your day!
Classes will be chair and standing pose based.
We begin with a centering intention to set the tone for the practice.
Followed by:
1. Movement to wake up & warm up your body
2. A movement practice
3. Finishing with a centering meditation to set the tone for your day
Resources recommended: stationary chair (no wheels), optional -- yoga mat, blocks, blanket, bolster (or thick, sturdy pillow or cushion), strap
Time: 12:15 - 12:45PM PT / 3:15 - 3:45PM ET
Dates: Select dates: Monday to Friday, Dates vary each month (I still work a "day job"). Please check the schedule
Location: Your comfy home (or office) + Zoom = THE perfect setup
Ability Level: All levels are welcome. Your video can be on or off—totally your call.

3. Get your link in the confirmation email (plus a reminder 15 mins before class starts)
4. You’ll be admitted from the “waiting room” at the time of class.
5. Your video can be on or off. All participants will be muted when class begins. Practice along and enjoy.
