About Josie Hansen, RN, Yoga Teacher, Certified Health Coach:
I am a registered nurse, an online and in-person yoga teacher, health coach and women’ health advocate. I guide women over 50 to improve their health with expert support in movement, nutrition, stress and grief related concerns. I went from working as an RN in various health care settings to teaching health content for the last 13 years. With a 35 year background in the health care and spa industry I bring a broad base of experience to educate and help women feel less stress, manage anxiety, decrease pain and suffering that is often associated with disrupted sleep, digestive and personal losses.
